We collect what we need to answer you and do the work. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything else.

What the forms collect
The free preview form asks for your store URL, name, email, the package you're interested in and an optional message.
The onboarding form, which only clients fill in, asks for store and contact details, brand guidelines, the products to feature, your approved offers and dates, details about your email platform and list, and the status of store access.
When you send either form, our server also records the time, your browser's user agent and a hashed version of your IP address. We use these only to stop spam and repeated submissions.
Why we use it
- To prepare your concept preview and reply to you.
- To write your proposal and deliver the campaign you paid for.
- To send you the results report and keep basic business records.
We won't add you to a newsletter or a marketing list.
Your store data
If you become a client, we work inside your Shopify and Klaviyo accounts with the access you give us. We process store data, including products, prices, segments and campaign results, only to deliver the service. We don't export your customer list, and we don't use your data for other clients.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. Our email runs on Google. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit a page.
The onboarding form saves a draft of your answers in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to it. That draft never leaves your device until you press send, and it is deleted after a successful send. This site doesn't use cookies or analytics.
How long we keep it
Preview requests that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project data is kept until 90 days after the final results report, then deleted, except invoices and records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to fergc0708@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
